30-day return window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return Email us at support@upgradezen.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items Personalized items (such as the ZenLove Photo Projection Necklace with custom photo engraving) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges Want a different size or color? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra shipping cost.
